Made with reclaimed materials from centuries-old estates, farms and churches, our bold scale recycled wood cutting boards are crafted by master carpenters in Umbria. The architectural influence extends to the use of joinery and hand finishing techniques, for rustic yet refined serving pieces. Each is a unique reflection of the reclaimed material used to create it.

The tradition of the norcineria has made the cutting board an essential instrument of the Italian kitchen. Our large scale boards are hand-crafted by a master carpenter using salvaged architectural elements of old estates, farms and churches.
